My Mom developed Arthritis and had been on Prednisone and other drugs for many years. She sometimes hurt so badly, that she could hardly make it from her bedroom to the bathroom across the hall. In 1999, at age 89, still living alone in her own house, she went on two packets of Immunocal. Results became noticeable within months. After 2 years, at age 91, she would barely admit that she was ever in so much pain. Her debilitating arthritis had disappeared entirely! No more drugs! But she always took her 2 packets of Immunocal. She also suffered from ARMD (Age Related Macular Degeneration) which is a leading cause of blindness in the elderly. She went on three packets of Immunocal for her eyes. Her condition not only STOPPED PROGRESSING, but her eyesight actually improved. The specialist appointments in Toronto were no longer necessary. And even though she was declared as "legally blind", she still lived alone and managed very well, cooking for herself, and even watching some TV etc, until just short of AGE 96. She broke her hip & healed from that at age 93, continuing to live alone. Everyone said, that’s it, she’ll never come home, let alone live independently. But she did! She swore by her ‘Munocal’, as she called it.. Charlotte & I took her in for about 5 months before she passed away at age 96.
